24-month Rule Lifted
Good news for German IraSME project partners: BMWK's Central Innovation Programme for SMEs (ZIM) has returned to its original rule allowing up to two R&D projects per company to be approved within a period of twelve months (see section 5.4.1 of the ZIM Guidelines).
|
|
|
The measure introduced on 3 August 2022, according to which companies can only receive another approval for a R&D project 24 months after their last approval, thus loses its effect. Please visit the ZIM website for more information (in German).

32nd Call for Proposals is Closed
The 32nd IraSME call for proposals was open until 27 September 2023. We received 4 project applications from participants of the following countries/regions: Flanders (Belgium), Germany, and Türkiye.
Topics or fields of technology chosen by our applicants range from autmotive industry and IoT solutions to recycling of pre-consumer waste and modelling and simulation.
Regarding the upcoming 33rd IraSME call for proposals, it looks like the majority of partner countries/regions will be on board, including Austria and the Czech Republic. For the very first time, Innosuisse, Switzerland's innovation agency will join this call as well - something we are very much looking forward to!
More information on the next call including all relevant documents will be available through the "Current Call" section on our IraSME website beginning of December 2023.
