Dear Subscriber ,

This is a short info mail on the upcoming Partnering Event 26 November 2018 in Aachen.

We'd like to warmly invite you to our upcoming IraSME/CORNET Partnering Event in Aachen. As always there is no focus on special fields of technology or branches. However in our previous events in Aachen we've seen strong participation from the engineering sector which is one of the strongest fields of Aachen's technical university (RWTH). The event will again be held on the RWTH campus in the western part of Aachen.
Aachen is only a short ride from most parts of Belgium, western Germany and also from our new member country Luxembourg.
In adition to this welll proven set-up we've got something special on this event. Our new partner region Alberta (Canada) will bring a delegation of about 15 companies eager for technical cooperation. If you add this to an event in Aachen that already had more than 100 participants in previous years, it gives us a very positive expectation of the day.

As always the Event will be free of charge.

We hope you enjoy reading the Newsletter. If you do, please spread the word. However, if you do not benefit from this information or receive this email without having subscribed, please follow the link at the end of this mail and this will be the last IraSME Newsletter for you.

If you have any comments or questions, please directly reply to this email.

Best regards,
Your IraSME Team

Previous Partnering Event: @Innovation Day of BMWi in Berlin

Our latest Partnering Event was integrated in the Innovation Day of the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy on the premises of AiF Projekt GmbH in Berlin.

In a pleasant atmosphere, with perfect weather conditions, the participants were able to see examples of successful project funding, receive information about funding opportunities from the responsible agencies and learn about the goals of the ministry during a talk given by the Federal Minister of Economic Affairs and Energy, Mr. Peter Altmaier.

On the venue of the International Area, several organisations which support enterprises on their way into international markets presented their services. Also the collaboration of the ZIM programme with several partner countries and the corresponding funding opportunities were demonstrated.

In the face-to-face meetings entrepreneurs and scientists exchanged their ideas and requirements and discussed potential R&D partnerships.
